The agent delivers to our accredited local transit hub. Another PIN. Another verified handover. The parcel is securely consigned to the destination route.

In transit

Your parcel travels via our optimized transit network. Monitored, tracked, and secured in sealed custody throughout the entire journey.

Destination hub

The parcel is received at the destination city transit hub and transferred to a local delivery agent. PIN verified again.

Delivered to door

The local agent delivers to the recipient. Final PIN confirms receipt. Escrow releases. Every handover in the chain is logged with timestamp and location.

A field agent collects your parcel and transfers custody to our local transit hub. The parcel is securely routed through our express city-to-city network, received at the destination transit hub, and delivered straight to the recipient by a local field agent. Every single step is tracked, geolocated, and PIN-verified.
Every delivery includes insurance. Because every custody handover is logged with PIN verification, we can identify exactly where an issue occurred. Your payment remains in escrow until the matter is resolved. If delivery fails, your funds are returned.
Delivery time depends on transit connections between cities. For major active routes, same-day or next-day delivery is our target. For other routes, transit usually takes 1–2 business days. You'll see the exact estimated delivery window when booking.
Yes. Field agents handle local pickup and delivery. Hub partners manage local transit verification points. Both roles require identity verification through our secure KYC process. Sign up through the app and select your role during onboarding.
